The question of what to wear during spa treatments and the rules of the spa center is a topic of curiosity, and even a bit of tension, especially for first-time visitors.

Firstly, there is no place for tension in spa centers. From the moment you enter the door, you can start to relax and unwind with the effect of music and atmosphere.

In the spa center, customers are provided with towels, peshtemal, bathrobes, and slippers. In the hammam or sauna, you can enter with clothes like bikinis or swimsuits, but it is not recommended to wear elastic materials that will affect the circulation of the body during the massage.

The rules of the spa are quite simple and actually aimed at making customers feel comfortable. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before appointments, so you will have the opportunity to shower and prepare for therapy. It is also important for you to fully benefit from the massage in terms of its duration.
